VOLUME I

480 pages

Volume 1 is prefaced by René Dreyfus and includes many unpublished photos. It covers details of the races chrono- logically from 1936 to 1957. For each competition, the results of the Lago Talbot, their type and chassis number, are mentioned. Pilots, mechanics, friends and family narrate the events and relate the car-racing atmosphere of the 1930's, 40's and 50's.

VOLUME II

360 pages

Volume 2 contains 612 photos - 129 color and 483 B&W - and presents the forty extraordinary racecars and known replicas with their corresponding type and chassis number. Moreover, anecdotes from the drivers of these extraordinary Talbots are concisely narrated.

- For each type is narrated its birth, its technical characteristics, its evolution and its major contenders.

- For each chassis is included an ID and engine number. The complete history includes: the successive owners and their stories, the competitions they took part in, the results obtained at the Grand Prix races, the original specifications, and the successive improvements made on each car.
